 To register, pls fill up registration form and fax to 6745 1747.

Participants will have to meet the requirement of at least 2 ‘O’ Level passes to register. Registration will be based on ‘first come first serve’ basis. Thus, be quick!

    i do not have 2 o levels.but i have a NITEC cert which in some courses said that its equilevent to 4 o level,can i apply for CES?

    Those with NITEC cert can apply for the exams.

    You need to be registered as an agent with a property agency. The company you are in need to apply for the funding on your behalf.
    to be eligible for funding the following applies:
    - must be Singaporean or SPR
    - Must fulfill at least 75% attendance
    - Must sit for the CES exams
    - Must have submitted property transactions with the company

    I am not the property agent and totally fresh in this field so can i qualify to take the CES Course? What is the different between CEHA and CES course? Which should take first? i was planning to open my own company so which you recommend me ? can i get the sponsorship funding for the course later?     The structure of the exams is different.
    CEHA consist of 3 papers of which there is a mix of Multiple choice and essay type of questions.
    CES consist of 2 papers, and it’s multiple choice questions.

    If you intend to set up your own property agency, CEHA is a requirement by IRAS.
    If you just want to be a property agent, CES is good enough.

    It’s a requirement for submission sales for WDA funding.

    Notes will costs $70, includes 2 books, MCQ for practice.

    you need a minimum of 2 O levels to take exams.

    You can choose to self study or attend a course.

    There are no past year exam questions as SAEA do not release any questions. However, we do have a set of practice MCQ for our participants to practice.

    You would have received your letter with the re-examiniation details. Pls apply directly to SAEA for re-examinations.
