Participants will have to meet the requirement of at least 2 ‘O’ Level passes to register. Registration will be based on ‘first come first serve’ basis. Thus, be quick!

    My company registered me for the CEA course and exam. what is the difference between the CEA and CES course and exam? after I passed both, do I get exempted from taking the new registration requirements?

    Both are just separate exams conducted currently.
    Both CEA and CES is recognised when the new regulation comes into effect.

    I m a family man, currently in sales for many years, sales is really bad nowadays. Seriously wants to switch to be a professional property agent.I do not have any GCE 0 level cert, is there anyway for me to appeal n sit for the CES course. I really need to be a property agent to sustain my family needs n a shelter for them too. Hope that out of humanitarian grounds,the HOD will grant me to sit for the CES exams…Really dun know who to ask for the appeal, Sincerely hope you could help me.Thanks a million….Looking forward for your kind reply

    Sorry, min requirement now by SAEA is 2 O levels. They did waive the 2 Os last year, but not now.

    It is not sufficient, You need to pass the exams.

    Yes you may. As long as you have 2 O levels, Singaporean and above 21.

    Yes, NITEC can qualify for the exams.

    May I know if I am not taking up the WDA Fund under my company and can I not attend the lessons by just taking the exams. May I know Cert in Office Skills(Nitec) can qualify for the exams?

    For WDA funding, your company needs to apply on your behalf.
    For exams, please go directly to SAEA.

    Those with at least 2 O level credit passes (at least 2 C6 grades) or equivalent such as similar number of passes in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or NITEC awarded by ITE or any other certificates/diplomas/degrees granted by real estate training bodies and private educational institutions (case by case basis).

    Both will be accepted when the new regulatory framework is in place.

    For WDA subsidy, you need to be a real estate agent with a real estate company. The company must apply for the funding on your behalf, and co-fund you for the CES course.
    We are an approved training centre for your company to claim the WDA funding.

    minimum requirement for taking CES is 2 ‘O’ level credit passes (Grade C6) or SPM (Malaysian equivalent of O levels) or NITEC.

    If I don’t intend to pratice as an agent in near future, should I take the course now?
    Will I be require to join an agency?
    Will I need to upgrade myself after attaining the CES cert ?

    You may take the course now. You will only need to join an agency if you want to practice as an agent.
    As for future upgrading, we are pending the government regulations on the requirement.

    Definitely. However, we always advice our participants to keep a lookout for any new regulations after the course if they are taking the later exams.
